PrinterCare provides printer setup, repair, and maintenance for multiple brands including HP, Brother, Canon, and Epson. All services are offered subject to technician availability and serviceable areas.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled online or via phone. We strive to provide timely service but cannot guarantee availability on specific dates or times due to workload or unforeseen conditions.

PrinterCare provides a limited service warranty for specific repairs. Warranty coverage does not include damages caused by mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized modification of equipment.

5. Third-Party Parts and Brands

PrinterCare is an independent service provider. We use genuine or compatible parts depending on availability and customer preference. We are not affiliated with HP, Canon, Epson, or Brother.

6. Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointments by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Last-minute cancellations may incur a visit charge.

7. Privacy & Data

All customer information shared with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

PrinterCare may update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The updated version will always be available on this page.
